limbomagazine.com is a site operated by LIMBO Magazine CIC (hereafter ‘LIMBO’ or ‘we’). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 12591897.

Online orders
Order acceptance, and the completion of the contract between you and LIMBO, will take place on despatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please see below). Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Shipping is available to addresses in the UK, EU, and United States by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery. If you wish to purchase LIMBO from a territory not currently supported, please contact us at info@limbomagazine.com.

All magazines are shipped in cardboard sleeves, or boxes for larger orders.

***Please note that due to current public health issues shipping to the United States may be delayed for periods up to 12 weeks.***

Cancellations & Returns
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us at info@limbomagazine.com as soon as possible after placing the order. If the order has already been packaged and / or despatched, we request that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered to you, following the instructions below.

We offer a 14-day refund policy if you are dissatisfied with your order, or if it arrives damaged. In the event of a return, the customer is liable for any shipping costs incurred for returned items, except in the instance that the return is due to an incorrect order, or the order arrived damaged.

In the event of a return you must contact info@limbomagazine.com within 14 days of your order date to request a returns form. The return form needs to be completed by the customer and sent back along with the product. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging.

We recommend that you use a trackable shipment method as we are unable to take responsibility for your returned items until we have received them at our warehouse. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to your account.

Description of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. 

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery.

You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

LIMBO offers ‘community pricing’ based on an honour system. Customers who self-identify as students or currently out of work can purchase LIMBO Magazine at a discounted rate. Customers who so choose can opt to pay a higher price, in order to share more funds with the recipients of our profit share. The product purchased will be the same regardless of which community pricing tier is selected, and no additional services or rights will be conferred or denied based on the customer’s choice.

Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under English law you must:

  • Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable
  • Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
  • By making an offer to buy a product, you specifically authorise us to transmit information (including any updated information) or to obtain information about you from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to, your debit or credit card number or credit reports, to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorisation and to authorise individual purchase transactions.
